Please come at least 10 minutes in advance. We start on time.<\/i><\/p>\n<p><em>We sit in silence, followed by a short period of walking meditation, sutra chanting and zazen. After a tea break an inspiring text will be read, followed by a discussion, meditation and sutra chanting.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Next meeting: Saturday, 23. Just find a way to sit with a straight back in a posture that you can hold comfortably for a while. This can be <span style=\"color: #339966;\">on a chair<\/span>, on a <span style=\"color: #339966;\">bench<\/span>, <span style=\"color: #339966;\">kneeling<\/span> or <span style=\"color: #339966;\">in a simple crossed leg position on a cushion.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The participation of the zen meditation is free, but we appreciate a donation.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Please contact us if you want to try it.
